Second, of the 4 separate requests I sent, 3 of them came back with the exact same date of manufacture (10/2016), and 1 came back as (01/2016). I’m a systems guy, so I get it, that’s their system. What gets me about the Glock process is a couple of things: First, their “contact us” form is basically a “per firearm” type of form, which means I had to fill out most of the same info multiple times. Mostly just emails to the manufacturers, to which most have replied, including Glock (within 24 hours no less, which is good). ![]() The dates of manufacture requires a bit of work. Obviously, makes, models, and serial numbers are easy. I’m switching personal property insurance companies at the end of the month, and the new company requires makes, models, serial numbers, and date of manufacture for firearms.
